Service was very slow. We booked for 1pm but didn’t get our food until 1.50pm. Waited at least 15 minutes for our drinks. Because the pub is a large open space it was extremely noisy. On the positive side, the menu is extensive with something to please most people, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food very good and excellent value. I had the fish from the specials board which was lovely and my husband had the mixed grill which he thoroughly enjoyed. Parking is very limited and we had to drive around to find a side street to park in.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and chatty. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the food was really good value for money We had the carvery and everyone, including the kids, enjoyed it. Well presented and cooked. Will be going again to enjoy more offers.
