This was our first time at Serena. When we walked in the place was empty. I didn’t think that was a good sign. The place was beautiful so I was confused as to why there was no one there. We ordered a charcuterie board which was beautiful and the meats and cheeses were great. I ordered the Sea bass which is as amazing and my husband ordered a hamburger was over cooked. I had a mojito and my husband had 2 Heineken. When we got the bill the Heinekens were priced to be $9 but on the menu they were priced to be $7. When my husband questioned the waiter he didn’t change the bill.we thought that was terrible. We spent a good amount of money there and I thought they should honor it but they did t so we won’t be going back.

Love this quaint, intimate and beautiful experience to have in our neighborhood! Went with my sister and mom as part of my mother's day gift to my mom and it felt like we were sitting in my grandmother's living room. It was so beautiful and Wendy the owner was so kind and welcoming! Truly a special and unique experience to have on Staten Island

We ordered the family style menu and the food was amazing. Pizza, rice balls. Caesar salad, cheese meats and roasted peppers, 2 different pastas, fried calamari, chicken skirt steak with roasted potatoes and string beans. Peach Sangria then dessert tiramisu, almond cake and zeppolis. Also a cappuccino and Brenda our waitress was excellent.

One of the best experiences ever, from beginning to the end, from incredibly delicious food, gorgeous ambiance and decorations, to impeccable service. Will absolutely come back again and again!

Get rid of those metal chairs. Very uncomfortable. Booths are nice
