Für die Hamburger und ihre Gäste gibt es nichts Schöneres als an oder auf ihrer Elbe zu sein. Man nimmt Platz an fein eingedeckten Tischen im rundum verglasten Restaurant und sitzt in der ersten Reihe, kann den Lotsen beim Wechsel zusehen und die großen Pötte beim Vorbeifahren bestaunen. Zu unserer Küche: "Wir sind keine Revolutionäre, keine jungen Wilden, sondern kochen klassisch-modern, handwerklich fundiert, mit Raum für den besonderen Einfall. El ambiente, el diseño del restaurante y la comida fueron sensacionales. Sin duda recomendaría este sitio como visita obligada, gastronomía típica alemana en una versión moderna. Buen carta de vinos y todo estaba delicioso.
