Kaldero is an Irish Filipino restaurant in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Led by Chef Richie Castillo, it’s the first of its kind in Ireland. Inspired by the food he grew up with, serving Irish-Filipino dishes that are bold, creative, and made for sharing.
