At Primitivo we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our food. We concentrate on fresh seasonal and local ingredients, buying directly from the markets in Birmingham. The Restaurant menu consists of 6 starters, 8 main courses, side orders and homemade puddings. We would describe the food as Modern British with a strong Mediterranean influence.
