Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Baldwin Hills

Hidden away and definitely a place for locals. Food was good. Like anything, something’s better than others. An appetizer “sweetheart” something is a pizza dough shaped like a heart, that can be bought at your local market, especially around Valentine’s Day. I enjoyed a great Greek salad and had a “meat topper” pizza. I did not care for the pizza. Bland, not interesting or flavorful. My husband had Swedish meatballs and although there were 4 meatballs, about 2 ounces each, they were tasty. Probably a better appetizer than an entre. One of our friends has the lamb chops and there was a very generous portion and the salmon her husband had seemed quite small. If you’re a light eater, this is a good place to go or, if they’re open for lunch (not sure they are) and they use the dinner menu, then you’ll be fine. They could use music and lowered lights to improve the atmosphere .if you’re planning to have a private conversation, it would be possible there. We will try it again, and I won’t order that pizza, that’s for sure.
