Earls has always been a great place for an all Canadian night out. Thanks to everyone who works there.

Arrived and seated ourselves as per the sign. Sat down and an older lady waitress took request for drinks and didn't see her again for atleast 30 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. Asked a hostess if we could get another waitress as we were STILL waiting on water, coffee and orange juice. Waitress finally reappeared but still wasn't very attentive. I've never been and felt so ignored by service staff anywhere as bad as this before in my life. The rest of the visit was awesome. Food was fresh, some items rotated from previous weekend. Always a pleasure to go except this last visit and issue with the waitress.

Our server Kenzie was amazing. She was outgoing, helpful and always around whenever we needed something.
