We love this place and everything about it. Beautiful patio and happy hour special with awesome staff and the food is lovely. Hidden gem in Matawan!

The food service and ambience were all excellent. It’s a little loud in the restaurant. I don’t know if that’s the music or the acoustics in the space, but a little bit hard to hear each other when talking to my friend 

We can always count on a good experience at The Goat. Last night we enjoyed friendly and attentive service from both Anthony and Casey.

Great experience. First time there, food and service were great!

Potato soup was very good, but my wife had the onion soup which was salty. The appetizer was good we shared the prime rib egg rolls with horseradish sauce, but the cheese dip was lousy.
