Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. We had a table of 7 people. All the 7 meals were excellent. 4 had lamb cutlets. 1 had carbonara, 1 chicken parma. and 1 had Buddah Bowl. Everyone said their meals were very tasty and a good size. The service was quick and very pleasant. Was a little bit noisy as we were sat next to a large party gathering. As the restaurant was not very busy it would have been better to seat larger groups a bit further spart.
