Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    We made a last minute reservation on a Monday eve and our table was ready when we arrived. Food was good—lots of taco choices including vegan and extra spicy. There was a small issue with mine and my brothers tacos but our server Liv was quick to fix it. (Outstanding service by Liv btw ⭐️)

    Bricks and Barley is one of 2 restaurants I can go where I actually have gluten free options such as chicken tenders, pizza, fish and chips and burgers. I have celiac disease. All of them are delicious and the portions are very generous. We love it here. There are also non gluten options as well. My husband, who is not gluten free, also loves the food here. We bring our friends and family here too. Atmosphere and staff are great. If you have celiac or choose to be gluten free, this is a place you have to try! You won’t be disappointed.

    Love everything about this place! Food is fabulous, and service is exceptional. It is great to see the teamwork among the entire staff, including the chef who comes out occasionally to personally serve a customer! Highly recommend!!!
