This place is a hidden gem. The food and service was amazing.

Came to this same place 3rd year in a row for Mother's day brunch. From the moment the first plate hit the table, we knew we were in for a ride. Bloody mary has plenty of flavor and kick to it. the loaded nachos, bringing bold, savory flavors with just the right kick, ideal for sharing amongst us. The plate got emptied very quick. The steak and eggs came out perfectly cooked—tender, juicy steak paired with rich, velvety eggs that melted into each bite. Grilled octopus tacos was cooked perfectly and lots of flavor. The churros waffle. Sweet, crispy, and dusted with cinnamon sugar, it was like dessert disguised as breakfast. Every bite felt like a celebration. If you’re looking to turn your next brunch into a full-on flavor fest, this is the spot. A great service as always and looking forward to come back to place again.

We were there for dinner before a show, and the server was great! She was conscientious of our time, and needing to get to the show. The food was very good. It was a bit loud, as it was quite busy as I think others were attending the show as well. 

Visited River Rock Kitchen on a surprisingly busy Tuesday night—turns out the convention center nearby was hosting an event. The restaurant is divided into different lounge areas, each with its own dedicated staff. On our side, there was only one person managing the entire lounge. She handled everything from bartending to taking orders, serving food and drinks, and even cleaning up tables. Honestly, she did the work of three people and never missed a beat. Major props to her professionalism and grace under pressure. The food itself was solid—flavorful and served in generous portions. That said, the pricing felt a bit on the higher end for what we got. Still, considering the quality and the atmosphere, it was overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely go back, especially if they added a little more staff support. That one woman was a powerhouse, but no one should have to juggle all of that alone!
