The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. We had a good time spending our dinner together with mother's celebration on her birthday. The food is good, except with the rump steak we order that is chewy and waiting time with the food is too long especially that I have kids not patient in waiting. But overall, we enjoyed the place especially the best service approach by one of the servers- Cythia is very entertaining and accommodating. Thanks for her great service as well as with Liu.

Great service from all staff at the restaurant. I highly recommend the high tea for any special occasion, or just for something to do over the weekend. It is a great value for the amount of food and drinks that you get also.

First visit to The Graham and will not be the last. Menu was interesting, food was excellent, the service first class and overall good value. Well worth a visit.
