Food was absolutely great and 98% gluten free for one of our friends is incredible so we'll be back. The service albeit polite when they visited our table was extremely unreliable in getting their attention to order a drink or some water which we reminder them of a few times. It wasn't busy either which is a shame. Servers seemed to be walking around looking at the ground.

Have been to most of the 4*+ hotels in Manchester for Afternoon Tea but this was the best we've experienced. Loved the atmosphere and the surroundings of the Library Champagne Bar, it was just perfect for us. Staff were very attentive and the food was very good quality. Spent a very enjoyable two hours celebrating our upcoming wedding anniversary and we will certainly be returning for another Afternoon Tea in the near future.

Great food served by great staff in a lovely setting

Really enjoyed my lunch of sirloin steal with fries followed by ice cream and double expresso. Had excellent and friendly service by Kas. Pleased to see that quality of food and service is back up to speed what I remember years' back. Will keep coming back

Comfortable, sophisticated setting. Staff were curtious and knowledgeable .Crab Rissotto starter was extremely flavoursome, and the Steak main meal was cooked to perfection . The Venison Tongue, had by my friend whom said it was delicious and the meat melted in his mouth. Desserts were awesome, as a sweet lover I can be difficult to please, but not this time. Whisky Coissant pudding was to die for. All of us said we would be coming back. Food was excellent, and our needs were catered for. I have recommended this restaurant to all my friends.
