Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 24/25 AA Restaurant of the Year (England). Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal. The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. Vegans, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements receive an equally special dining experience. The Greyhound also has a diverse wine list, which won an AA Notable Wine List Award. Another wonderful evening at The Bank celebrating our friend’s birthday. 5 new visitors to The Bank agreed that the food was fantastic. We had two vegetarians; one no red meat person in the group, so started with the Kale dish. I had promised them that it is delicious and they were not disappointed! Then we followed with some daals; a prawn dish and a chicken dish; Peshawari Naan and some rice. All fantastic. Thank you to Hita and Rahul, Joe and the whole team at The Bank for their generous service and wonderful restaurant.
