    We had a fabulous afternoon tea. Our server Joy was wonderful. We were celebrating a joyous time of friends reconnecting and having her as our server was confirmation of the energy we felt.     The restaurant is terrific. The food and ambiance is great. Staff is friendly and competent. Only problem is noise level. Hard to hear your friends at your own table. Makes it hard to enjoy an evening out.
