- MMarcDenver / Colorado •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at Zuma Las Vegas, and it was truly one of the finest culinary experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was a perfect balance of upscale sophistication and vibrant energy, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. We opted for the Signature Omakase, and every dish was an absolute masterpiece. The journey began with exquisitely fresh sashimi, each bite melting in our mouths. The sliced yellowtail with green chili relish was a standout, perfectly balanced with a hint of heat. The shrimp tempura was another highlight—light, crispy, and bursting with flavor. The miso-marinated black cod was equally impressive—delicate, tender, and packed with umami. Every dish was thoughtfully presented, showcasing both precision and creativity. Words cannot describe the dessert finale. A huge shoutout to TJ, our server, who was an absolute delight. His expertise, attentiveness, and warm demeanor elevated our experience even further. He guided us through each course with thoughtful recommendations, making sure every detail of our meal was impeccable. Zuma Las Vegas delivered on every level—phenomenal food, top-tier service, and a dynamic atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned omakase lover or trying it for the first time, this is an experience not to be missed! I can’t wait to return.More infoZuma Restaurant - Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas•4.7

- AAurraVIPHouston •3 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 5, 2025Every bite I had here was perfectly seasoned and phenomenal. We were a big fan of the crab legs with drawn butter—it was some of the best crab I’ve ever had. There are your classic buffet options, and fancy fare like beef carpaccio and a giant meat carving station. The sweet/dessert options were also really good. The service was excellent and we will absolutely be back!More infoWicked Spoon Buffet - The Cosmopolitan of Las VegasPrice: Expensive• American• Paradise•4.5
