Blue moon never disappoints. The food was delicious and service was excellent!

The expansive open restaurant with Water Views all around is in The Beaufort Hotel. There is Valet parking which is a nice convenience. There is a nice Bar adjacent and open to the restaurant. There is not a bad table, as even tables not by windows still have great views. So the ambience is wonderful and you get to watch beautiful sunsets over the water. The restaurant also overlooks the Rachel Carson preserve. This is a higher end restaurant, with entrees in the $30 range. My Top Sirloin steak and hot honey brussels sprouts was really good, as was the Mandarin Orange salad my husband and I split to start the meal. Our companions enjoyed their Salmon and Steak Salad as well. The cocktails are done right and generous, and there is a good wine list. The restaurant was not overly loud. They did not have loud music playing, which was nice. If the weather is nice, there is a large wrap-around veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a drink. This is a very worthwhile place to go if you're looking for something a step above the usual beach restaurants. It's a relaxing atmosphere and the food and service were great.

Excellent service and food. Great ambience. Accommodated our group very nicely and gave us very special service. Great dinner spot for special occasions.
