The environment and food quality are acceptable, but the order of serving food needs to be improved. The first appetizer and rice were served before the drinks arrived. When the main dish rump cap was served, it didn't look good. The pieces were all different sizes, like a steak pieced together from all over. Room for improvement.

It is very clear how much pride and care goes into every aspect of the dining experience at Coya.
