Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Palm Desert

Great food and great service.....we could not have asked for more!!

My wife and I were very satisfied with our meal. The flavors were exquisite. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Beautiful decor, exceptional service and great food. It was the best dining experience I’ve had in quite some time.

Four of us went to lunch at Blue Ember during Restaurant Week. The staff was very pleasant and seated us immediately. I ordered the chicken sandwich from the special menu. It also came with a fried cauliflower appetizer and a panna cotta dessert. The appetizer and dessert were delicious. We four shared the two courses. The chicken sandwich was very dry and I could not eat it. The waiter noticed my hesitancy and asked if there was a problem. I told him it was dry (I was going to take it home and doctor it up), but since he asked if I wanted anything else on the menu, I decided to try the other option on the restaurant week menu which happened to be a pasta dish. He asked the chef to add a piece of chicken breast. It was so much better. The waiter was very accommodating and made me feel important. He wanted me to have a good experience. I truly appreciate that in a restaurant. I will return.
