The cooking style of Michelin-starred chef Mirko Gaul is a modern concept of "Asian Fusion”. Gaul reimagines the flavors of the haute cuisine of Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. Executive Pastry Chef Fabian Scheithe pampers the guests with his extraordinary desserts. His sweet delicacies form the grand finale of every menu. Restaurant manager Christoph Gonzalez deliberately focuses on organic wines and gladly recommends corresponding wines. Mooi restaurant, fijne sfeer en gevestigd in een heel mooi hotel. Wij vonden de gerechten heerlijk maar een beetje kaal. Je moet er per persoon een aantal bijgerechten bij bestellen. Daarnaast vonden wij 13 euro voor een 0,75 ml fles water opvallend hoog aan de prijs.

Heel lekkere, verzorgde en creatieve keuken. Het restaurant is in de kelder, er is geen daglicht, maar 's avonds ie dat geen probleem. De ruimte is erg ruim en rustig. De 'winepairing' is erg duur. Je betaalt teveel en drinkt teveel. Beetje jammer, in dit zeer stijlvol restaurant.
