Since opening in 2015, our spirits have been made from grain to bottle in our Fairfield, NJ distillery. Our spirits have won over 3-dozen awards & we proudly have the most expansive line of products of any distillery in the state. Jersey Spirits produced the first commercially marketed Bourbons, Single Malt Whisky and American Whiskey since prohibition. We locally distill Bourbon, American Whiskey, Single Malt Whisky, Vodka, Flavored Vodka, Gin, Rum, Bitters, Grappa & Jersey Hooch. We strictly use only real produce, fruits, spices and botanicals to flavor our products. We NEVER utilize chemical flavorings, additives or colorings. Locally Distilled & Purely Made! Often referred to as New Jersey’s Hidden Gem, we offer over 50 crafted cocktails in our chic Cocktail Lounge.
