We absolutely love Persone. The food and service is always exceptional. Make sure you try the Ragu, Lasagne, Arancini balls and their Tiramisu! If you can't decide on a wine, I can recommend the Scorpo Pinot Noir. We'll be back!

A unique dining experience where history and modernity coexist. Set in a timelessly ornate dining room, the food and service were both exceptional.

The food was delicious overall and the service was wonderful. We did wine pairings for my in laws and our waitress was really great with recommendations as well as alternatives if we requested it. There was an issue where my husband's lamb main was much smaller than the others (we had lamb too) and they offered to cook a new plate but we settled on another side in the end. The only other issue was the Roasted Fig dessert had barely any figs in it (not even 1 whole small fig when the dessert is called Roasted Fig) so it was not enough to balance the saltiness of the whipped Mascarpone cheese. We forgot to bring it up with the waitress though, so perhaps they would have rectified it. Aside from that dessert, everything else was amazing!

We had drinks at the Reserve bar on Sunday evening. The young Australian man knew his wines and cocktails like he was an expert. An absolute credit to his employer. Thank you again to his perfect suggestion of which wine to choose.
