Lovely open air dinner with my daughter. The food is elegant and flavours build subtly. Shout outs for the puri starters with tamarind and pomegranate which we shared, delicious cocktails and of course the wonderful black daal. Our waitress was helpful and courteous. The only downside to the experience were some idiotic loud mouthed young male diners but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. We will be returning.

This has to be one of best hotel experiences we’ve had in many years. The spa was fantastic. The 1215 restaurant was 10/10 but what made it for us was the staff throughout the whole hotel. We felt so welcome and looked after. Our only negative was the general prices of the breakfast and lunch (Greens), which were massively overpriced and need the be looked into, as it was too much for what we had. Apart from that, a lovely experience!

Food was delicious. There is a beautiful internal eating area with great ambience. If you see it looking empty from the seats by the windows, the internal room is most likely full, so don't be put off. We went first weekend in Jan which is quiet for restaurants. We will be coming back.
