Alden and Harlow is so reliable and the staff is so gracious - from the hostesses to the servers everyone is so pleasant and it’s always a positive experience.

Very friendly staff who served our group of six with professionalism & smiles. Everyone enjoyed their food choices which were yummy and met expectations.

Overall one of the best dining experiences in Boston. Sitting at the chef’s table is a plus — getting to watch the chef inspect each plate added a whole new level to the night. Every plate that came out was absolutely on point, both in flavor and presentation. In my opinion, this is easily a top 5 restaurant in the city.

This was our second year here. Our server, Mary, was amazing. She even remembered us from last year. The food is good and plenty of it. We are going to make this an annual. The only suggestion I would make is to lower the price a bit. Such a shame to throw out so much food.

Food is the closest thing to how food tasted when my family cooked. Service was decent. Though, a party upstairs made things initially a bit slower than I expected. appetizers: we ordered arincini (fried risotto balls, flavored with a small amount of meat and peas). These were excellent. crust was perfectly crisp, and inside filled with perfectly cooked risotto. The house salad is good. iceberg and spinach leaves, red onion, black olives, shredded carrots, peproncini, croutons, and dressing. My wife ordered the Sicilian salmon, crisp outside, over roasted potatoes, and topped with feta and red peppers. I had the sausage cavatappi in a cream sauce. This meal was done so perfectly! pasta , sausage, spices all perfect ratios. I was a happy doobie after this meal. I highly recommend this dish.
