Delicious food and generous portions as always! Only sad that we didn’t leave enough room for dessert!

A lovely welcome, table was all prepared. 2 children in our group and the Gentleman who served us could not have been more accommodating, pleasant, helpful. Food was delicious. An altogether excellent Sunday Family lunch in beautiful Bath

Everything about The Angel was excellent, from the friendly, welcoming staff to the menu and quality of the meals. Great atmosphere.

Following a disappointing experience across the road I’m pleased to report that The Swan put on a stellar performance. It’s “pubby” in ambience, cosy and friendly but the food was excellent and interesting. We had a lovely evening and felt welcome. I’m tall and the chairs are not so next time I’ll bring a cushion.

What an enjoyable evening. Food was tasty we tried most things, I like sharing so this was perfect for me. The beers were nice with a good choice, with cool pale ale! The desserts were yummy and if you like the sound of the donuts they are really nice. The service and atmosphere were both perfect. I overheard several people complimenting the manager which I fully concur with. Over all very happy and will visit again soon.
