Beste hondvriendelijke restaurants in Banbury

We visited for dinner on a Sunday lunch, two of our party had the beef roast, which was very good. Lots of lovely vegetables and gravy. The other two had burgers, very big portions and very well cooked. Starters were lovely and the deserts were gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints. Service was a little slow to get going but the staff apologised and even gave us £10 of our bill. Highly recommend the pub.

What an enjoyable evening. Food was tasty we tried most things, I like sharing so this was perfect for me. The beers were nice with a good choice, with cool pale ale! The desserts were yummy and if you like the sound of the donuts they are really nice. The service and atmosphere were both perfect. I overheard several people complimenting the manager which I fully concur with. Over all very happy and will visit again soon.

Our food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was cheerful and professional. It was a chilly evening and we would have appreciated if the open fire had been lit in the reception room. The dining room lacked atmosphere but we cannot fault the meal.

Great pub in a beautiful setting. Staff were all great, so friendly, attentive and kind. The food was superb. Highlights were the scallops and the best cheese pull on the kids mac & cheese. Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Repeat customers but visiting after a while. Best food we’ve had locally for a long time. Stand out dish was the main course lamb and a great Burgundy to go with it. Would recommend.
