Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Our inspiration comes from the diverse flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Latin America.The goal at Paloma is simple: give people the best food and the best service that we can in a space that can only be described as transformative.
