Although, we live nearby, we had not dined at Zola previously. In short, it was outstanding. We enjoyed the ambience and service. Our waiter was especially cordial and attentive. Most importantly, the food was terrific. I had the veal parm chop. Very special!

It was our first time at the restaurant. Food was great, lots of varied options for everyone, all very flavorful and ample portions. Desserts were also inventive and very good. Service was very good. Waiter was friendly and accommodating. Ambience and decor were very nice. We loved the bare brick walls and agave plant inspired lighting. Only thing I can say is it was a little loud making cross table conversation challenging. That said, it is a tavern with concrete floors. We will definitely return.

Sunday Brunch was perfect with our celebration at 1776. I highly recommend for a great experience, service and meal. Top Golf is an added bonus. Thanks, Frank

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here last week. It was great to take advantage of the valet parking (better than driving around looking for a spot) and the hostess was excellent at getting us checked in and seated on a busy afternoon. Had a drink at the wonderful bar before heading to our table. The meal was very good with excellent ambiance. The only part of the meal we would caution is the portion sizes are somewhat modest, so if your very hungry be sure to order a few apps. The other issue is the restaurant part of the hotel which is not directly in the downtown so unable to walk around after dinner unless you drive back into town. Not a huge issue but just be aware if you're looking to hop around town after, you will either have to take a long walk or simply drive a minute back into the downtown. Otherwise, a solid spot and definitely recommended if you are looking to a try a new spot in Summit.

Always so good- we had the steak frites, shrimp tacos and taphouse chicken sandwhich and everyone was highly satisfied. Service was also great (I didn’t catch her name but that was my fault not hers! she was very attentive even during a busy night)
