Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car. If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights.
