He was extremely knowledgeable about the different bourbons and provided a quick lesson on identifying the ingredients used to create spirits. The meal was fantastic! The meatball appetizer was enough to take home for dinner. The beet & arugula salad was fresh & plentiful. The restaurant has understated decor and is very welcoming.
