I have to say, Novellis’s is a top-notch restaurant for authentic Italian food, along with several other excellent favorites. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the branzino, while the braised short ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The quality, variety, and overall dining experience were extraordinary. Hats off to our waiter as well—the service was excellent from start to finish.
