At Rosie Cannonball, we’re serving European comfort food in a lively atmosphere. The restaurant celebrates the origins of cooking through open, live fire and is centered around a wood-burning oven and grill. El restaurante Grace's surgió de la visión del propietario Johnny Carraba, como un homenaje a los buenos recuerdos que tenía de su querida abuela Grace Mandola. Grace, quiene era conocida en la familia como Mama, era una mujer Siciliana nacida en Louisiana de padres inmigrantes. Ella tenía un gran don para la cocina y la hospitalidad, así como una profunda fe.
