- GGregVIPPhiladelphia County •36 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoLet's begin with the ambiance - absolutely spectaular! Sunset overlooking Grand Case Bay and Marina can be breath-taking. We've been there twice in the last week. Last night my wife and I were there and earlier in the week with friends. Each night we began with cocktails and apps and we enjoyed them all, although my wife was a little disappointed in the Cesar salad. For our first dinner my wife and I had the shrimp skewers and they were delicious. Large shirmp with Island sauce and flavors such as coconut etc. One of our friends had the lamb shank and let me taste and I said "we need to come back for that." That's what prompted last night's visit. To begin with for cocktails I had a Boulvardier and my wife had the Hugo Spritz. We split the Burrata and pesto as an appetizer which was very good and then the lamb shank for dinner. It did not disappoint. Tender, flaverful, cooked to perfection served with mashed potatos and vegatables. Insofar as the service is concerned - professional and personable. The hostess is welcoming, the bartender is helpful, and a special shoutout to Cedric our main server who helped make our experience special. My wife has celiac and he not only understood the dietary restrictions but helped to make sure our food was gluten-free. Highly recommended.More infoJavaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Grand Case•4.8

The people who served us were knowledgeable and eggivornt with out rushing us. The duck fros grais and the beef filet were excellent. The pistachio creme brulee is a must experience.More infoLa Villa RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Grand Case•4.9

We enjoyed the Gourmet Experience of 5 courses, paired with wine. Each dish was presented under a glass cloche for maximum drama and excitement. Exquisitely presented and carefully balanced, each bite was exciting. What drew us to this restaurant was their both commitment to fresh, seasonal and local product and their willingness to accommodate food restrictions. As a foodie with a long list of allergies, this was important. At no point did I feel I was missing out on anything. I would include this in my top 3 dining experiences along side Bar Mut in Barcelona and Jose Andres in Miami. 10\10 would recommend.More infoLa Villa HibiscusPrice: Very Expensive• French• Baie-Orientale•4.8
