Vincent's Bistro offers Palm Beach County authentic French Cuisine and French Bakery. The Bakery offers croissants, french baguettes, pastries, salads, omelettes, sandwiches, savories, quiches, coffees... from Tuesday to Sunday 8am to 2pm without reservation. Chef Vincent completed an apprenticeship in Charcuterie-Traiteur early in his career and worked in France for many years. He and Christine went on to open two restaurants and a catering service in Quebec and in the South of France for 15 years.Chef Vincent is a passionate, rigorous, creative Chef. He likes to work with fresh local products, and expresses his love of French Cuisine on each plate he creates.
