food & service very good, drinks from the bar constantly take way too long!

On Friday at 6:30 we returned to Prezzo for another dinner on the patio. This was like night and day from our last visit. Jeremiah was our waiter and he was terrific. As busy as he was, he made sure to greet us immediately, and take care of us throughout the dinner experience. He made recommendations based on what we liked and followed through promptly with a couple of our special needs. He is personable and adept. At first Paul ordered a Sidecar cocktail (one of his new favorites) and the bartender knew exactly how to create. It turned out that it was discounted because it was still happy hour. Next we chose a delightful appetizer from the special dinner menu - the WATERMELON SALAD ARUGULA, TOASTED PEPITAS, FETA CHEESE, TAJIN, CHAMPAGNE. It was refreshing and so delicious. Next I fell in love with my Bronzino entree. I changed the side to zoodles since I already had a salad. Paul had the Veal Chop parmigiana with linguine. That was outrageous. It was huge as expected and delicious. The dessert menu offered a variety of homemade delights, one as good as the next. We chose Nonnas ricotta cheesecake with whipped cream and a strawberry jam. I loved it and saved half for home. This was a great dinner experience on a beautiful Florida night. There are so many Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, but this one stands out for us because the service, food and vibe are all perfectly aligned.

Server was great! Very attentive and able to offer suggestions. Food came out right, quickly, warm, and delicious! Will definitely go back!
