    Matt's Rotisserie in Redmond truly stands out as a culinary destination. Their innovative menu offers a delightful twist on classic dishes, and I was especially impressed by the Rotisserie Salt & Pepper Half Chicken and the fresh oysters. Both were irresistibly delicious!     A wonderful experience, the atmosphere was set with colored lights and red hinted table settings and made very personal by an individual rose given upon check in. The food was exquisite, our experience was amazing as all service was attentive and caring. Being visited by chef Lindsey was a highlight that cannot be compared. The caliber of food and experience was one of the best I have had around in the Seattle area.

    This is a really fun place to come with family. We had between ages 10 in grandkids to oldest grandson in his 30s plus parents and grandma. Everyone has their favorites at BJs and of course a couple of the kids come just for pizzokies.
