- NNedaVIPLos Angeles •8 reviews4.0Dined todayThe food was really good, it our service wasn’t all that great. We had very slow service, inconsistent service. We had 7 in our party. Four had their plates and utensils cleared before dinner, whereas three did not. Our food came out and half of us were cramped with our appetizer plates still in front of us while the other half had no utensils. Our server didn’t come around for more than 15 minutes into dinner to get folks utensils and clear plates. Drinks were also done, and she bolted before she asked if people wanted another round. We finally found her at the end of dinner. Half of the crew ordered another drink while the rest figured it was too late. The check sat for 10-15 minutes before she came by to pick it up and run the card.More infoSelvin'sPrice: Moderate• American• Thousand Oaks•4.6

- JJD1 review5.0Dined on Mar 13, 2025WOW! WOW! WOW! The new menu is AMAZING! A perfect balance of taste, texture, and presentation! Chef Hugo Bolanos and his culinary and pastry team are simply masters of their craft! Betty Flores, the Restaurant GM and her staff are all rockstars! They ENGAGE and CONNECT. Service is SEAMLESS and ANTICIPATORY and truly reflects a Four Seasons guest experience! Came to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday and already looking forward to visit again! Kids enjoyed food from the Kids Menu — cheeseburger, pasta, chicken tenders, truffle fries). The 10-year old birthday boy was very happy and felt very special seeing his name on the dessert plate! Starters: Warm Apricot Lane Crispy Egg & Avocado with Herb Vinaigrette, Toasted Sourdough, Garden Greens (A new exciting twist for egg and avocado lovers!) Winter Citrus & Burrata Salad with Nasturtium Greens, Basil Oil, Pomelo, Cara Cara Oranges, Toasted Pistachios (Very refreshing to the palette! All the flavors just go together and the toasted pistachios add good texture to this dish!) Side: Fondant Potatoes with Comte Mornay, Black Truffle, Chives (It’s not just a side, it’s a work of art! The potatoes were carefully sliced then rolled thoughtfully in circular form. The comte sauce and black truffle takes it to another level that is heavenly!) Entrees: “Butchers Butter” Steak Prime Ribeye Cap, Arugula with Parmesan Reggiano and Salsa Rossa (Perfect 8oz portion, steak was tender and not chewy, salsa rossa just rocks it!) Maine Lobster Frites with Sauce Americaine, Frites (Option to order half or whole, fries cut and fried to perfection! Simply scrumptious!) Dessert: Simply divine, decadent, and rich! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself and get lost in the sweet world!)
