Food was excellent but service was very slow - waited over an hour for our food. Our server did a great job & we knew the wait wasn't his fault. Have been there before but never have had to wait this long for our food.

When you drive into the parking lot you immediately see a beautiful building that is shaded by a very large and beautiful oak tree. The inside of the restaurant is even more impressive. The service was quick and efficient with great recommendations. The food was over the top with fettuccine pasta with crawfish, andouille sausage and shrimp. Jambalaya was loaded with more meat than rice! Appetizers of chargrilled oysters with pepper jack sauce and mozzarella bites!!! Everything was outstanding and the portions are HUGE! We will definitely go back to try the Po’Boys and homemade onion rings. The only negative is that they were out of a couple of wines and catfish. Definitely make reservations as there was a line to get in the entire time we were there.

It was truly an exceptional experience in every way! We requested a table with a view for our anniversary and WOW did they done through! A perfect sunset on the bay was on full display. The service was impeccable! And the food was fantastic! I got the basil crusted grouper (very generous portion) with tomato risotto. So fresh!!! The husband got the chili squid ink seafood pasta and it was absolutely the perfect pairing of heat, salt and fat. Generous portions of seafood in that too! The Grand is such a gorgeous place to wander around. It was a perfect place to celebrate 30 years!

Difficult to judge food quality from a buffet. Never my favorite. The egg scramble with vegetables and crab was delicious. The omelet was a bit dry. Raw oysters were good, sauce was mediocre. Royal red shrimp were very good. Bottomless mimosas that did not spare the champagne were excellent. View from the round room at the back was superb as always.
