- RRubyCaribbean •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe came in as a group of six so just keep in mind that the portions are relatively small and somewhat expensive. They have so many gluten free options that tasted amazing so that was a big plus. The food in general was amazing but our service was rather strange. I work in the restaurant industry and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but she just acted really grumpy and angry and like she did not want to serve us at all so that put a damper on my experience. I would absolutely go back but it was my friends birthday and it was not the experience we were hoping for.More infoFaccia a FacciaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Back Bay•4.6

- WWendyVIPGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoCafe Sauvage is an absolute gem and is now a "keeper" for us! The host and servers are super courteous, informative, professional, and friendly. Although the restaurant is small (I'd recommend making a reservation if it's a popular time), they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is the star here, with authentic French preparations with a bit of a twist and generous portion sizes. The Duck Eggs Benedict is my favorite: a bowl of yummy tender duck confit with poached eggs and frise on a hash brown bed, with a lovely lemony Hollandaise sauce. My friend said that the filet-o-fish sandwich was the best fish sandwich she'd ever eaten, and the Beef Bourguignon sandwich is my husband's favorite. The vibe is energetic, and the service exceptional. You can tell that the owners take immense pride in their creation.More infoCafe SauvagePrice: Moderate• French• Back Bay•4.7
- MMichaelVIPGreater Boston •113 reviews4.0Dined on May 11, 2025Had a good casual lunch on a sunday. Interesting selection of food, including donuts, and drinks. All were good. Sundried tomato sandwich was the best followed by the fried rice breakfast bowl (didn't need to add the chicken - plenty of food without). Cozy atmosphere in nice location.More infoMidnight MorningPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Roslindale•4.6
