Best Casual Restaurants in Downtown Cleveland

Our server Jamie was incredible. She was so sweet and attentive to us. We only ordered some appetizers and drinks but everything we got was delicious.

Our server Ray was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful!

Whitney was a fabulous server!!! The taco flight was a perfect mix of variety.

Our waitress was Sunny and it’s the second time we had her. She is wonderful. Great service and food.

I brought my brother and his best friend here for a little holiday luncheon and gift exchange. I come to The Burnham frequently for lunch and I have been to dinner there several times. It was very quiet this afternoon and not a lot of folks in the restaurant. It was quiet, the holiday ambiance and decorations were great. The food was outstanding as usual. My brother had a caesar salad and the fried chicken sandwich, his friend had the pot roast sandwich with French fries and I had a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza. Again, the food was outstanding, but I think $23 for the pizza is just a little steep, especially for it being a thinner crust pizza. Don’t get me wrong - it was delicious — just slightly overpriced. I do realize that restaurants in hotels like the Hilton do have higher prices; although I am willing to pay for good food. Our server was outstanding (I am sorry, I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding service). All in all - it was an A+ experience.
