We are a warm, friendly pub situated in West Parley, Ferndown, serving traditional pub food every day till 10 pm. We have a wonderful, friendly team who are always happy to help. Families always welcome up to 9 pm, and we have a children's menu which includes a free dessert! We have a great selection of local cask ales, from The Dorset Brewing Company, and Ringwood Brewery, and run a collector card alongside the real ales where after 7 pints your 8th is free! Booked on suggestion of family member after unable to book a table at our usual restaurant and l must say the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The menu selection on offer catered for us all and the food was delicious. Our choices selected from the menu: Wild mushroom bourguignon pie with skin- on chips is to die for. Trulli pasta with mozzarella, pesto, and baby spinach very tasty. Beer-battered fish and chips, the fish was delicious Gammon with free range eggs and skin-on chips. The quality of food was excellent, all served hot and couldn't ask for better tasting food. Delighted to have found this gem of a pub/restaurant and will definitely be spreading the word and can't wait to return.
