Best Brunch Restaurants in South Orange

Really great experience. Super happy with this new addition to our neighborhood. Definitely coming back.

SugarTree is a nice breakfast/brunch spot. The atmosphere is exactly how the pictures depict. The food is good on the sweet side and a little pricey for breakfast items. The eggs and toast were dry and the waffle was a little on the soft side. Not many healthy options. Would have loved to see a yogurt parfait or an egg white omelette.

Very relaxing, courtesy of the beautiful views. The food was very good came out in good time and the drinks were amazing. 

I loved this place! The staff and even the security was friendly! Try the Strawberry Lemon Drop cocktail it was so good! I had the wings and appetizers and it was good! I Highly recommend for date night or a girls night. The DJ was ON POINT with all the right songs for the atmosphere. We couldn’t stop dancing at our table. Overall we plan on coming back for rooftop reservations next time!

It’s nice in terms of the food, but the music is classic rock, which was a little unusual in terms of what to expect from such a setting. I would anticipate jazz or classical music instead. The service was generally good.
