"We arrived and were told that they didn't have our priority seating reservation through Open Table - and that this happens all of the time. I'm not sure if he just didn't know how to use the system or what. We waited for 10-15 minutes, and then were seated. Our server, Demi, was excellent - one of the best servers we have had at a restaurant in a long time. She went above and beyond - anticipating all of our wants/needs!
