    We were delighted with our dining experience at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. It is a step back in time in ambiance in a historical mansion. We loved the small rooms which created a coziness and quiet atmosphere so uncommon in most restaurants today. The service was superb and the food generally excellent. If you're looking for a unique, romantic dining experience, Ho Ho Kus Inn is the place to go. Of all the many restaurants we have dined at in Bergen County, this is our favorite.     Every course was absolutely delicious and everything was homemade and incredibly fresh. Chef Adam Weiss creates a wonderful menu where every dish hits the mark. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and provides just the right level of service. Great experience overall which I’d definitely recommend!

    We went for brunch with unlimited mojitos, and it did not disappoint. Great ambiance and staff were friendly. Kept drinks flowing even after we paid our check.
