Mr. Pancake is open seasonally from Early May to late September- We are a first come, first serve and do not take reservations!Mr. Pancake is a local favorite since 1962, when Chuck Thompson, a Wisconsin Dells teacher, and his wife, Dianne, decide to purchase what was originally the Edwards Pancake House. Mr. Pancakes popularity of "The Thompson Family’s Tradition of Excellence" quickly spread and still continues, Chuck and Dianne's daughter Liz Knoop has been running the restaurant up until 2022, when The Thompson family approached The Del-Bar supper club owners, Amy Wimmer and Anne Stoken, to see if they were in interest of buying the local gem. The common thread of family, tradition, loyal customers, and time-honored recipes made the decision to purchase Mr. Pancake an easy one for the Wimmer sisters.
