Pomona Valley Mining Co offers a charming and romantic dining experience with a warm, inviting ambiance. The setting is quiet and intimate, enhanced by thoughtfully designed lighting that sets the perfect mood for a relaxed evening out. The drinks were a highlight of the evening—well-crafted and enjoyable. The dinner menu offered solid choices, and the food overall was good, making for a satisfying meal. However, I did have mixed feelings about the spinach artichoke dip; I had high hopes for it, but the texture was more reminiscent of a chowder soup than a traditional dip, which wasn’t quite to my taste. One minor drawback was the wait before being seated. We were directed to order drinks at the bar while waiting, which resulted in two separate checks—one for the bar and another for dinner. While not a major inconvenience, it did slightly impact the flow of the experience. Overall, Pomona Valley Mining Co is a lovely spot for a date night or special occasion, with a great atmosphere and enjoyable food and drinks.

Fantastic Mother’s Day brunch with outstanding food in a nice environment. The food and service was done by the hospitality students and it was excellent. The restaurant is nicely located at Kellogg Rancho overlooking the hillside.

Very long line outside in the heat, umbrellas would have helped for the heat But overall service in the food was excellent, is well worth it.

Best brunch ive ever been too. Best food. Best service. Great time there. Great prices. Forsure will be back!

Waiter gave up on us after paying and we were so thirsty for more water. The lomo Saltado was delicious.
