- RRannyWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined on Mar 29, 2025We used to dine at the predecessor restaurant frequently, but had moved away. In passing thru Vienna last week we noticed the new sign and made note. Made reservations and drove 20 miles to discover it was the same chef, just now he is the owner and he had owned it for some time. Waiter admitted it was his first week, but he was excellent and knowledgable. Bread, hors d’oeuvres and main course all very good. The home made cheese cake and tea were a welcome ending. Will return.More infoIstanbul BluePrice: Moderate• Turkish• Vienna•4.4
- TTonyaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •205 reviews4.0Dined on Mar 18, 2025Not a fan of the changes on the menu. The Chang’s chicken noodle soup and now the shrimp with lobster sauce are both gone. They added teriyaki chicken and teriyaki trio to the menu. The teriyaki tasted more like a very sweet pineapple sauce and tastes nothing like teriyaki. I had to send it back. The Mongolian beef is no longer flash fried and isn’t crunchy anymore. And now they charge for the small bowl of crunchy noodles for your soup! Probably won’t go back for a long while. The only good thing was the service. Our server was wonderful!More infoP.F. Chang's - FairfaxPrice: Moderate• Chinese• Fairfax•4.3
