Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     Our experience at Pony Dining was the best restaurant experience we've had in a while. The food was consistently delicious across all parts of the menu, and the dessert options were a great finish. We also sampled the cocktails and mocktails, and these were similarly delicious. The ambience is welcoming and not too loud to hold a conversation, and the service was prompt, friendly and helpful. My husband left his bag under the table without realising, and we had just made it back to the car (which was very close by) when I received both a call and a text to let me know that they had found the bag. We were very grateful for such prompt contact to let us know. Fantastic food and great service!

    The food prepared by the TAFE students was outstanding, as was the service. They are to be congratulated. We would have liked to have been able to buy a glass of wine to accompany the delicious food.
