Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib.     This is my second time dining at Goryeo in Okada Manila with my partner, and this time, we came with our staff for the unlimited grill experience. Just like before, the food was amazing..flavorful meats, fresh side dishes, and a wide variety that made the whole experience satisfying for everyone. A big thank you to Ms. Mara, our table assistant, who provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. All the other staff members were also accommodating and quick to assist with any of our requests. It was a great experience for the whole team, and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

    I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Wolfgang’s Steak for the second time, and it was yet again an outstanding experience. The food was exceptional; the steaks were perfectly cooked, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening.
