Even though Olivine is a wine bar, I mostly go there for the delicious food. The steak, chicken, terrine & pate, the brussels sprouts (swoon) and fries are all great. The wine's always good too. The fitout looks lovely, but sadly the designers prioritised form over function - the cell bench seating is really uncomfortable! Nevertheless, the ambience is great and I like the idea of us all collectively creating a new, more positive cultural memory to sit alongside the history of the place. If you haven't been, I definitely recommend a visit. Do leave time to check out the historical info in the unrestored cells; it feels important to honor and try to understand the story of the place while we're there.

Was fun, but seemed to be lacking some magic, after eating at docking bay 7 and the cantina in Disney this seemed like it was a bit off the mark. In saying that, was not bad, just not “Wow”

A lovely Sunday lunch to celebrate a Birthday with meals from main menu, Seniors, Gluten free and an under 15. Everyone was happy.

Great experience for our first omakase. All the ingredients paired so well together and were so fresh. Would definitely be back for the dinner service.

I loved the lamb salad and the salmon was exquisite! The elderflower mocktail was perfect for a hot day. Thank you to the team for great food and excellent service. I will be back.
